Despite the clean modern lines and strong geometric references, there's a touch of retro in this piece, reminiscent of a Warhol-Basquiat collaborative painting, called Paramount. On the other hand, there is something of ancient native American art in it as well, particularly the circle shape and dot motif (in the pendant represented by vintage black glitter).

 

Finally, it speaks to us of ancient intaglio, which has been around at least 6000 years.
